Peaceful 1-bedroom mountain condo in Winter Park

Relax in this cozy and stylish retreat after enjoying a day in the mountains. The spacious and updated one-bedroom condo includes a queen bed in the master bedroom and a luxurious, renovated master bathroom with waterfall showerhead. There is a second, full guest bathroom and an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room with high-end foam mattress and patented platform sleep system. On winter evenings, snuggle up by the wood burning pellet stove and enjoy a show on the smart TV over high-speed Wi-Fi. In the summer, have dinner al fresco on the first-floor, private patio shaded by aspens. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free parking. For electric vehicles, there are outlets near the parking spaces.

This condo is situated within walking distance to downtown Winter Park – half a mile to the best restaurants in town at Cooper Creek Square and Hideaway Park (free summer concerts, playground, and winter sledding). It’s also near the river and an extensive trail system for hiking, running, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing.

For downhill skiing, the condo is less than two miles from Winter Park Ski Resort. It is directly on the free local Lift ski bus route, which runs every 20 minutes to the resort and town. We recommend downloading The Lift Rider app for real-time bus location and estimated arrival times. The nearest Lift stop is just slightly down the hill at the corner of Vasquez and Forest Trail.

The rules: We’re sorry, but our HOA laws prohibit our guests from bringing any pets. Please don’t get us in trouble with our HOA. They are kind of mean. For those with allergies, note that the owner’s dog does visit the condo.

There is no smoking or vaping on the premises.

The mountains: Winter Park is an amazing recreational environment surrounded by majestic mountain peaks. There is great downhill skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane in the winter and great downhill mountain biking in those resorts in the summer. From town, there is also incredible access to local hiking, trail running, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and rafting spots. If downhill skiing is not your thing, try ice skating, sledding or tubing, or world-class cross-country skiing in Granby. Scenic Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are only 30 minutes away.
