“We were in town for a wedding. It was a beautiful hotel. Well maintained everything was perfect. It had a gym and a pool and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing as it is getting warmer by the day. It was close to the wedding reception we went to, and we would totally stay again.”

“The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in fact I didn’t even stay. I just got there. I tried to take a shower and in the middle of the shower the water started spitting out brown water. I left and had to rent a different room at a different hotel. They wouldn’t even refund my money.”

“The support and service was outstanding! The Inn had a wonderful vibe - sitting on the front porch felt like sitting on the front pot at my home. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name. By the time breakfast ended, the other guests were sitting at our table where we talked for what seemed an hour. Highly recommend!”

“I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing.”

“Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months.
