“Sehr schön gelegene Lodge mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider hatten wir in der 2. Nacht Ratten im Zelt was weniger schön war..es wurde sich aber schnell darum gekümmert. Zudem sind die Einheimischen in der Umgebung anscheinend sehr Partyfreudig, weswegen es manchmal bis 23 Uhr sehr sehr laut war! Schade… aber alles zusammen ein guter Aufenthalt.”

“We stayed here for a few days to go to Yala National Park and Hotel Elephant Eye was a great location for taking a SAFARI Tour. The owner is very friendly and the staff are very hardworking. The property is very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant. Easy walk or Tuk tuk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.”

“Perfect location. Walking distance to town, the temples and the lake. Restaurant offered a variety of food choices and the dishes we had were excellent. Amazing pool, outdoor space. Super helpful/friendly staff. Internet very good in room. ”

“Famille de 5 avec 4 enfants. Super sejour dans cette structure du 7 au 8 août 2024. Chambres spacieuses, propres et avec une vue extraordinaire sur les rizières. Tres bien placé pour visiter Kataragama et les safaris pour Yala! Tres simple et tres chouette”

“Staff did'nt know english and also rude. For dinner initially they told us that only 2 items are available. Only after another guest who was sitting in the next table mentioned a menu then they brought the menu. Both food quality and service was poor”

“La chambre est superbe. Tout est propre et beau. La vue sur les rizières est magnifique. Quant à notre hôte, elle a été très prévenante. Elle nous a même préparé un dîner à notre arrivée qui n'était pas prévu. ”

“We were there for a quick over-night to go on a safari in the early morning. The evening meal was poor, in fact it was take-out from another supplier and not prepared on the spot. The box breakfast was poor. The room was fine. We did not use the pool. It is quite far from the nature park so requred a long drive to get to the safari. Generally it was OK for the price. Just have realistic expectations.”

“basic guesthouse with 5 rooms and a communal room. bed was alright and came with clean bathroom. recommended to pay extra for the air con (which didn’t seem available as an option during booking) as it was really hot when we visited and the room was stuffy after awhile. (only reason y i gave a 4 rating as i was sweating throughout the night) the staff were great though especially Dhanushka who went all out to arrange a comfortable stay for us, including getting a beer and dinner for us. he...

“Albergo splendido, ottimo base di appoggio per fare il safari a yala, ci hanno dato la colazione al sacco perchè al safari si va molto presto e più che una colazione sembrava un pranzo per quanto era ricca, la stanza è pulita grande perfetta.Nessuna nota negativa”
