“Buona soluzione per visitare il parco nazionale Yala. La pulizia delle stanze era molto scarsa, ma l’hotel nel complesso è carino. L’unica pecca è stata che durante il soggiorno festeggiavano la puya e quindi non era possibile bere neanche una birra.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel come punto di partenza per il safari. La posizione è buona per accedere ai negozi della città ma è immersa nel verde quindi molto tranquilla. Ci hanno organizzato il safari con colazione e ci hanno dato gli orari del treno per il giorno dopo. Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato buono”

“Vi brugte hotellet som base for en safari i Yala National Park. Stedet er familiedrevet og med en meget hjælpsom og omsorgsfuld ejerinde. Vores værelse havde udsigt over rismarkerne, hvor der altid var aktivitet, både af mennesker, dyr og fugle. Stedet er rustikt men med alle nødvendige faciliteter i god stand. Dejlig morgenmad, og vi kan endog anbefale stedets lokale aftensmad.”

“We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive. We had a few minor issues, such as a very minor leak (understandable as the build has recently had work done), but the team addressed promptly and properly. Don’t let that put you off because the...

“Cabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!”
