This contemporary two-story holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Featuring two family living areas, a large alfresco balcony which is perfect for families and groups alike.

Upstairs in the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open-plan living and entertaining area with floor-to-ceiling double sliding doors opening out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco dining.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods supplied) dishwasher, and all electric appliances.
Beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed, direct access to the balcony and its own air conditioning and TV.
Three additional bedrooms, two of which are queen size and 1 double size, are located downstairs.
You will also find the second lounge room downstairs complete with a smart tv and pull-out sofa bed.
While out and about you can Hike the Kaurna Trail, which is a scenic path along the clifftops with panoramic views of Gulf St Vincent. - Disturbance: No parties permitted.
- Noise: Respect neighbouring residents by keeping the noise down - Guests that cause nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties/occupiers will have their booking terminated immediately. No refund will be offered. Guests are to abide by the EPA Guidelines in regards to noise levels at all times.
- Parking: Space available for up to 4 cars.
