Check in was easy, even allowed early checkin. Provided snow shovels after the heavy snowfall and cleaned the driveway as good as possible with cars in the way.

Cousin’s Reunion at WI Dells

The Arbor Dells Inn was a great 7bedroom 7 bath property on 3 levels with plenty of room to spread out for family meals and private sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We loved using the fire pit for a fun evening of campfire and s’mores. Nice deck and screened in porch. Old style game machines and lots of jigsaw puzzles were enjoyed for friendly family competitions. Overall excellent accommodations.

Excellent House and Location

We absolutely loved staying here - we spent four nights here over 4th July weekend. House AC worked great, plenty of room and entertainment (video games, board games, etc) plus the town has so much to offer this is an excellent family destination. A couple of things about the house: the toilets are very low to the ground so if anyone has mobility issues, it might be an issue. The first floor bedroom is spacious and perfect for my aging parents. The listing says that they provide basic utensils and pots/pans. Before you go out and bring or buy anything, check the house first! They had so much more than I would have thought, even coffee filters left over from previous guest. If you are missing anything, there is a Wal-Mart 7 min away that has everything you could possibly need. That said, you really don't need to cook! There are a ton of great eats in the area, including Ravina Bay Bar & Grill across the street. You can even feed the ducks! There was also a ton of wildlife around, including wild peacocks and deer.Again, there is no shortage of things to do and see and we can't recommend this house enough! Would absolutely come back again!

This was an excellent home for our family vacation. We had 17 people and everyone had plenty of space for cooking, playing and sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and semi secluded so the children were able to play freely, yet we were very close to everything that we wanted to do. The property managers quickly replied to my messages.

Best place to stay with a large group!!

Every year we have our college friends come together for a weekend and we make sure to choose a date that aligns with this house's availability because we love it so much!!! The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms is super convenient for a large group. I love that the basement walks out to a large backyard. There's a huge firepit that can fit everyone and a massive kitchen that makes it easy to prep food. The screened in patio is also a favorite spot to get away from the bugs. Overall, this is the perfect place for us! One minor thing is I wish they had gas grills instead of charcoal but it's manageable.

Great location for family reunion

This location worked very well for the 11 adults who attended our reunion. It’s very close to many attractions in the area, but is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The long dining table accommodated everyone. We also enjoyed the firepit. Two issues: the child-size toilet in the main level en suite was a problem for the older adults staying there; and another older adult wasn’t familiar with the streaming TV. A standard or higher height toilet and some basic TV instructions would resolve those issues. Overall this location facilitated a great reunion.

FAMILY REUNION IN THE DELLS

Nice size property for our family reunion. Plenty of parking for all of the vehicles. The fire pit outside was great for a campfire and s'mores. It was also great to have 6.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. The living areas were very comfortable and well furnished but some of the minor furniture could be updated. The main criticism was the deck was filthy and needs a good power wash to get rid of moss and grime. Was very slippery when wet and had one person take a tumble. No TV in main bedroom master, but otherwise all bedrooms had TV's and the living rooms were very large screens. We would rent this again for any large gathering.

The place is large and well located but not clean

When we arrived the first thing that greeted is was sticky floors and the very apparent smell of stale beer. Likely there was a bachelor party or something there just before us. We bought our own materials to wash the kitchen floors. The abundant garbage receptacles were almost completely full (we checked in on Friday and garbage pickup is Wednesday). Our best guess is that it was removed the prior week. the walls and the carpeting in the place are completely disgusting. Especially the carpeting. That isn't great when you bring two 1 year olds. The stairs going upstairs are very unsafe for babies, toddlers and young children. They are open stairs (no stair risers) and the spindles on the railings are very wide and definitely wouldn't be up to code with today's standards. They really need to take this property out of commission and do a complete update. Our 'favorite' part was the half paper plate in the pantry labeled 'Dust pan'. There was also on broken chair at the dining table, that you didn't recognize was broken until one of our family members sat on it and injured his shoulder. It is unfortunate because the location is very good and if you just need a place to sleep it is okay. With two babies and nap schedules we spent a lot of time at the house and ate all of our meals there so clean and safe would have been something we appreciated.

Big house needs a deep clean

It is a nice house in a great location. Close to the entertainment but looks like you're in the woods. You are just around the corner from the boat launch. We made the mistake of not taking our boat. Plenty of room in drive for a big party. We had 17 people and still had so much space. 2 rooms don't have tvs which makes it nice for almost everyone. The downside was that it was dirty. The floors needed swept and the walls needed wiped down. Some of the bed linens had stains and the towels were dingy. All things that could be easily dealt with. It would have been nice to have a sweeper. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living room was very cozy to hang out in. Plenty of seating around the tables. Had it been cleaner it would have been perfect!

Excellent location, lots of bedrooms

The house could use a deep cleaning (vents, walls, corners) but overall an excellent location and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! We’d stay here again its minutes away from the wilderness and downtown.

Exceeded Expectations!

Our group consisted of 10 adults and 5 children ages 1-4. There was more than enough room for us and room to spare. The fireplace wasn’t working when we got there, but someone came out the next morning and fixed it. Communication was fabulous. Our group unanimously agreed we will continue to use this rental moving forward for our large group gatherings.

Great place for a large group!

Having so many bedrooms and bathrooms is such a luxury when looking for a house to accommodate a large group! We have been here twice now and plan to use it as our annual vacation house if we can! The large firepit area was great to enjoy a fire - definitely plan to bring your own chairs as a lot of the existing ones are small/breaking down.

AZ friends annual golf outing

The house worked very well for us. The bedrooms were very roomy and only one of our 7 couples needed to share a shower. The large kitchen table was perfect!! The location is ideal. The kitchen needs hot pads, the chairs at the fire pit need attention and the entryway rug needs to be replaced - these are all minor and we would stay here again.

It works

Cons: Upon arrival there was a bat on the wall. We called maintenance to help get it out. They were responsive and we did get it out. No other bats after that. There are holes on the siding of the home that we thought maybe they could be getting in. Maintenance came over to look and said the holes are from woodpeckers. There are not enough cups for large groups (we had 18) so you need to bring your own. We took our shoes off at the door but our feet and socks were black by end of night. The windows had hand smudges most likely from a younger child. The screened porch has cobwebs in the corners. The carpet is very old and dirty. The place needs a deep clean. Even the fixtures in the living room are dusty and dirty. 2 bedrooms smelled musty. There is only one bathroom in the main level and it is in a bedroom. Not a huge deal. Pros: The place really does offer a lot of room for large groups. All the bedrooms are good size and have TVs (have to stream). The basement has 2 sofa beds that the young adults slept on. We did bring an air mattress and we used it. There are no bunk beds as advertised. The fire pit is nice and we enjoyed the back yard to play games. The house is very close to all the attractions so that was nice! We had 9 vehicles, 2 were trucks, and all fit in the driveway. We really did enjoy our stay and the layout of the house was good for us. And the owners/company were available and friendly for all our calls. It just needs a good cleaning and update Vrbo site.

Dells vacation

The house was very spacious and we had plenty of sleeping room for our 16 family members. It could use a few updates but not bad. Biggest complaint would be cleanliness. Needs to be vacuumed better under coffee table etc. also would be nice to have laundry soap so towels etc could have been washed with 16 people we did not have enough clean items for the time we stayed. Their is no condiments which was unusual as usually when I’ve been in other Vrbo they supply coffee, filters etc but this house had nothing. Went to buy discounted tickets at office and they didn’t have enough but offered no compensation. Would have been nice to just have a card that we could have gotten discounts instead of having to run back and purchase at office. Very inconvient. Overall it was a nice place. Very peaceful outside and seen a few deer in the yard which was fun

Feel of being away in woods but close to everything

Location was great. Surrounded by trees with firepit in yard felt a bit like camp in the woods, but was "around the corner" to a lot of what Lake Delton and Dells offers. We had our children and grandchildren, their aunt and uncle and a mother in law all finding comfortable space (17 in all - from CA, FL, WI). Plenty of beds and bathrooms and two different levels of gathering spaces for games or conversations. House was stocked well and yard gave kids plenty of space to run. Did Kalahari waterpark (since Noah's Ark tickets were no longer included), the Dells Boat tour, Wizard's Quest and more. Overall a great time together.

Ideal for large family reunion

We had 16 people, ages 4 to 75, so the 7 bedrooms-7 bathrooms was a huge plus (we put 1 pair on an air mattress in the basement-level family room, although we could have used one of the 2 hid-a-beds there; no one used that area for socializing, so it was reasonably private). The second fridge in the basement was also a big plus, since the upstairs fridge was oacked
