LOCATED DOWNTOWN WISCONSIN DELLS JUST ONE BLOCK OFF OF BROADWAY. Welcome to the Dells Domain! Upon entering our home, you immediately notice the 9 ft ceilings and vaulted common area. The open concept living and kitchen area flows to the outdoor composite deck with a gas BBQ grill and 6 person dining set, creating an accommodating space to gather around.

The main floor of this home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a full-size hall closet, a large kitchen island with seating for up to 6, stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and a mounted 60” Roku Smart TV above the fireplace, white quartz countertops accented with gray and gold in the kitchen and bathrooms, full-size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer with water filter and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee pods), walk-in pantry, and ample kitchen cabinets.

The lower level begins with carpeted stairs that are met with luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common area, bathroom, and laundry room and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The common area has a large family room with a wall mounted 75” Roku Smart TV, 6 person dining table, ping pong table, and dry bar. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and utility sink with laundry detergent pods available for your convenience.

PARKING DETAILS:
A maximum of 5 mid-sized vehicles can park on-site (2 garage parking spaces and 3 driveway parking spaces)-- Parking on the grass is prohibited. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking the sidewalk– violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for.
On-site parking strictly prohibits RVs and campers. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fee, and/or towing. Upon guest request and homeowner approval, an additional fee on an individual basis may apply.

PROVIDED:
Bed linens and pillows for sleeping accommodations, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper towel roll, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, laundry dryer sheets, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic BBQ grill utensils, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, toaster, hair dryer, and clothes hangers.

UPON DEPARTURE:
-Checkout: before 10:00 am
-Windows, doors, and garage closed and locked
-All lights turned off
-Fireplace turned off
-Used dishes washed and stored
-Food, beverages, and condiments removed from pantry and refrigerator/freezer
-Spills wiped up (including ping pong table)
-Leave all used beds unmade
-Leave all used towels in a pile in the bathtub on the main level
-TV remotes (3) accounted for and placed on coffee tables and master bedroom nightstand
-If BBQ grill is used, wipe down heavily soiled areas
-Gas to BBQ grill turned off
-Garbage placed in large garbage/recycle bins located outside on the side of the house
-Rags for cleanup located under the kitchen sink
-Thermostats set to 72 (summer) and 68 (winter)
***Please notify the homeowner of any accidental damage in/around the property upon arrival and prior to departure***


NOTE:
-*Must be 25+ to make a reservation
-*ID verification may be requested
-*If parents are not present in the event of young adults occupying the property, all guests must be 21+
-Water park and beach towels are not provided
-All towels are to be used inside the home
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
