There was nothing on the listing that specifically said that this was a second floor walk up - I absolutely looked through all of the paperwork and information and nowhere did it say it was on the second floor. When I look at the pictures - I can tell they were taken from a higher balcony, but my assumption was they would also be a beach walkout - again because nowhere did it specifically say second floor. I had somebody in my party with mobility issues and that became a problem. It was also very difficult to get into the door on check in - they send you very specific instructions and no matter what I did I could not get in. However once I was in, it was a lovely place very clean very neat. Every time I talk to somebody they were friendly - but communication really was a struggle through the entire process. They had two little pedal boats that were enjoyable to use - And it was close enough to other things that we could leave and go do things we wanted to.
