“Well all the staff was nice pool area was in good shape food was good The only problem we had was it was 75 degrees in are room and the thermostat would not work so air wouldn't turn on maintenance came when we were gone and still didn't work was hard to sleep so hot in room was kinda irritating ”

“It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. ”

“Hotel right in the middle of the dells attractions, less than 10 minutes from knuckleheads arcade and outlets! The room was clean and cozy, staff very professional and friendly. No complaints, pool area was great for my toddlers! One section closed downstairs but they had more indoor pools on upper level open! Great experience! Will highly recommend and expect to come back in future!”

“One of the main reasons why we decided to stay here is because online it adversities they offer cribs, but when we arrived they said they’ve never offered cribs. The main manager you can tell is trying his hardest to keep up with the hotel and is a good man, but the other staff when I checked in were rude and argumentative. The property itself was extremely outdated and falling apart. The only reason why I’m giving a 2 star instead of 1 is because our room was tolerable for what we needed and...
