“What an amazing property. Love how they have renovated this beautiful old bank and kept so much character. The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums. Highly recommend!”

“Great for the price! Staff is not always on site, but they were very helpful. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Water pressure was pretty low, but they had everything you would need and the decor is awfully cute. It is a bit rundown and could use a little touchup here and there but for a nice clean comfortable quick stay, it’s a great spot. That’s a little different than the same, old same old.”

“Staff attempted to help but was somewhat unsuccessful due to the degradation of property. Ice machine didn't work which normally would not be that bad as you could go to the next floor. But in this case the elevators would only allow you to your floor with your key access , and this was a standard not premium room. Room toilet as well as Lobby bathroom toilets more clogging and not easily cleared. Blackout curtains hardware was broken so room was somewhat light due to the sagging. Restaurant...

“The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S. ”

“Great place to stay in bricktown. It has an upscale feel and you have starbucks down in the lobby to keep the wife happy.”

“Long wait to check in. Reception was very irriyaoat the phones. Maybe short staffed only two people checking in. Chips were 4$ for a single serving size bag. Location, property, room and view were great! ”

“We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.”
