“Got a room for 2 nights drove from Colorado to Arizona for a funeral the room smelled like dog urine carpet was very filthy, pool was dirty, ice machine didn't work. ask for a refund so I could try to find a different hotel I was told no because we already stayed one night again we already drove 9 hours to get there for a funeral so we just needed rest. My friends rented me a room at Holiday Inn & I left the Hilton the second day without getting a refund Holiday Inn was very nice & very clean....

“The room was clean and the staff was very good. Stayed one night but would probably stay there again if I’m passing through town.”

“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly.”

“They charged me 150 on my coperate credit card for “cancelation” because I showed up on time but could not check in because they cannot charge 3500 hold on my company credit! Silly staff and never try to keep the customers - Flag down and ass up to those mechanical systematic error - not flexible to keep your stay/visit feel home! Motel 6 is way nicer than you :(”

“Great Hotel as it’s located in the middle of the city of Buckeye. Room was clean and smelled good!!! All appliances were working!”
