“We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Cruise Port, where we were departing from two days later. The website stated that much of the hotel had been renovated. If so, apart from the mattress, the renovations must have occurred in the 1950's. The new mattress sat on a creaky, noisy wooden frame. The 2nd story room was small and cramped. No air conditioning. “The room was mostly clean, but the USB ports didn't work, there was no bathroom fan, and a pipe was sticking through the bathroom ceiling.”

“Staff was very friendly and shuttled us to the airport twice. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The tap water tasted fantastic and was really cold. Loved it! If we come back to Juneau, we will definitely stay here again.”

“This property is on the outskirts of downtown but is still within walking distance to everything. The breakfast in the diner was excellent and teh view of the harbour from teh diner was very pretty. The room in the bottom floor had a distinct foot odor smell.”
