Serenity and Views. Exceptional property with great hosts.
Huon Creek Retreat exceeded expectations. Quiet and private with magical views. It was the perfect country getaway, with cows and sheep all around. Loved everything about our stay, the highlights were the heated spa and firepit, both offered stunning panoramic views especially sunset. Overall, the property is well kept with a lot of personal touches, thoughtfully catering for families, comfy King beds, clean and equipped with everything you need. Hosts were helpful before and during stay, provided detailed information and support. Planning to return. Highly recommended!

Perfect home for families
We had an amazing time together staying at Huon Creek retreat. Laura was very attentive and answered all my questions. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen well set up. Kids had plenty to do with trampoline, spa and toys that were supplied. We were a large group of families and everyone was impressed with the property. Beautiful landscapes and was nice to take a walk around the property. Thank you Laura for making this special stay so comfortable.

Convenience and Comfort
We loved our stay at the retreat. It had everything our large family needed and accommodated us all comfortably. Location was perfect, just far enough away from the city to escape, but still close enough to everything the region has to offer. Our hosts were attentive to our needs and full of recommendations for us to enjoy. Highly recommended.

Heaven
Beautiful, serene, tranquility just some of the words to describe our stay. We had days of rain but the warmth of the fire kept us cosy. Perfect place to rejuvenate, something we needed after 2 years. Very grateful, exactly what was needed.

Spectacular views and peaceful surroundings
We had a lovely stay. It was a peaceful location with lovely autumn views, a very well-stocked kitchen, an abundance of indoor and outdoor entertainment, and very accommodating hosts. Thanks Laura and Danny.

Paradise
Beautiful, super clean, well equiped and large house, with spectacular views, and hospitable, lovely hosts. Large land with jaw dropping views and lovely farm animals. It’s in the middle of nowhere with only wildlife around but Coles is only 11 mins up the road. Best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

Amazing country getaway
Highly recommend a stay at Huon Creek Retreat. A stunning location and a brilliant house. We really enjoyed the large open spaces - it was perfect for our family get together. The owners have thought of so many things to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful Home with Sensational Views
We had a family weekend away and it was just what the doctor ordered with easy online booking, excellent communication with Laura the owner and property manager from start to finish. Great facilities the house was set up like it is a home away from home. The home was very clean and modern. Kids had plenty of activities to do from Setting up nets in the creek for yabbies to swimming in the creek to playing cricket and bouncing on the trampoline in the yard. Danny even set up the Ninja line in the round yard for the kIds. Got to feed and pat Penny the horse and at night we sat around the fire pit and played board games. Views were breath taking and location very quiet and peaceful. Huon Creek Retreat had it all 5 Stars We will definitely be back that’s for sure
