“Liked restuarant and parking facilities, Did not like that we could not adjust room temperature”

“From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it.”

“Although this hotel was seriously understaffed, the staff that was there were all very nice. A special shout out to Anna at Reception, she fixed many potential issues”

“Pleasant stay, room feels a bit empty, not cosy. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was not clean. breakfast was fine.”

“The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.”
