“I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!”

“Loved how close it was. Loved how friendly and prompt the staff was (we had difficulties with our door code). Didn’t love the smell in the room. Smelled like mildew. Didn’t like that our room was NOTHING like advertised. There was no BEDROOM. It was a studio. The parking was less than ideal for units 8/9/10/11 (angled and made it difficult for anyone leaving the property). Loved the kitchenette in the room. “Loved having kitchenette. Room was large. Bathroom was fairly clean but found long hair at shower base. I have short gray hair and hubby is almost bald. Bathroom was supposed to be for handicap use but no walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out were easy and desk people were helpful and friendly. Would suggest night light for bathroom.”

“I was extremely pleased with my stay. Room was a great size and comfortable for my family. Staff was friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was great. We had no issues with the room but needed to extend our stay for a travel baseball tournament and the staff was very helpful in making that happen without delay.”

“The rooms really need an upgrade for the price you pay for each room. We were expecting a better room for what we paid for. It was a total joke. The room has an off smell, and it is the same case for the bedsheets. It’s obvious that it is run by students—and not in the good way.” My advice: don’t waste your money here; stay at the double tree hotel for not just better prices but better comfort. You even get fresh cookies there.”
