“Very clean, and quiet, the only thing I didn't like was the overpowering smell of bleach in the sheets. I have a scent sensitivity this irritates my sinuses. If I stay again I would bring my own pillowcases and sheets, to avoid the irritation.”

“I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”

“Super strange that housekeeping knocked on my door and walked in while I was sleeping at 7am and then again at 8am.
I called the front desk to see why... he said that was unusual.
Then the airport shuttle was late and I had to have the front desk call them.”

“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry).
