"Holiday Inn Express Wolfforth/Lubbock Tx. The air conditioner did not cool in the first room, it was 85 degrees in the room. The floor was sticky, hair on the sheets, key did not work, and the TV did not work in the second room. The bathrooms in both rooms were not clean. We had 4 people in the room ..."

"Super friendly staff and clean grounds, however, our bathroom had blood on the toilet when we arrived and hair in the towels that were folded. Not the best housekeeping for sure. We got in around 9 pm, or a little after, and had an early neurology appointment, so didn’t make a big fuss."
