    Welcome to your brand new Wollongong escape.

    This is not another tired CBD rental. This is a freshly renovated, designer appointed two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of 41 Market Street, right in the beating heart of Wollongong.

    From the moment you step through the door, you will notice the difference. Clean lines. Warm textures. Thoughtful details in every corner. This space was designed to feel like somewhere you actually want to be, not just somewhere you sleep.

    THE SPACE
    The apartment sleeps up to six guests across a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a premium Queen sofa bed in the living area. Every bed is made up with hotel quality linen before you arrive. If you need the sofa bed configured, just let us know 24 hours before check in and it will be ready for you.

    The open plan living and dining area is bright, spacious, and designed for real living. Whether you are cooking dinner for the family, working remotely at the dining table, or unwinding on the lounge with Netflix on the Smart TV, this space adapts to however you want to use it.

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal. Microwave. Full-size fridge. Toaster. Kettle. Quality cookware, utensils, and glassware. We have also stocked complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks so you can settle in immediately without needing to rush to the shops.

    FAMILIES AND BABIES
    We know travelling with little ones requires a different level of preparation. That is why we have included a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath as standard. No need to pack extra luggage or hire equipment. It is all here waiting for you.

    The ground floor location means no stairs, no lifts, and no wrestling a pram up flights of steps. You walk straight in from the pathway. For parents, this alone is a game changer.

    YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE WELCOME
    This apartment is genuinely pet friendly. We do not just tolerate pets. We welcome them. Bring your best mate with you and let them enjoy the holiday with you. The ground floor access and nearby parks make it easy for morning and evening walks.
    Wollongong has some beautiful dog friendly beaches and walking trails within minutes of the apartment. Ask us for our local recommendations. NOTE: Indoor pets only; there is no outdoor area that is private for your pet.

    LOCATION
    41 Market Street sits in the absolute centre of Wollongong CBD. Step outside and you are surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, and Wollongong Mall. This is a walk everywhere location.
    The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Wollongong Train Station is approximately 1km. Stuart Park, the harbour foreshore, and the Blue Mile coastal walk are all within easy reach on foot.
    If you are visiting for work, the Courthouse, University of Wollongong campus buildings, and Wollongong Hospital are all nearby. If you are here for an event at WIN Stadium or WIN Entertainment Centre, you are minutes away by car or the free Gong Shuttle bus.

    COMFORT AND CONNECTIVITY
    Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating keeps you comfortable in every season. Free high speed WiFi keeps you connected. The Smart TV comes loaded with Netflix and streaming access for those evenings when you just want to stay in.

    A dedicated workspace area makes this apartment equally suited for remote workers or business travellers who need to get things done between beach walks.

    PARKING
    Secure paid parking is available next door at 37 Market Street Car Park. Street parking is free before 8:30am and after 4:30pm on weekdays, and free all day on Sundays and public holidays. We provide full parking details and booking links in the guest manual.

    CHECK IN AND ACCESS
    Self check in via secure lockbox. Your access code is sent to you at 7:00 PM the evening before check in. The apartment is on the ground floor with flat access from the pathway. No stairs. No lifts. No complications.

    Check in from 2:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Early check in available on request where possible.

    1. Enter via the right hand side walkway beside the building at 41 Market Street, Wollongong.

    2. The lockbox is positioned along the right hand side access path.

    3. Your lockbox code will be sent at 7:00 PM the day before check in via your booking platform messages.

    4. Use the key from the lockbox to unlock the side gate.

    5. Walk straight down the pathway to the ground floor apartment entrance.

    6. The apartment is on the ground floor. No stairs required.

    7. Check in from 2:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. 8. Early check in available on request where possible.

    On Street Parking (Council Meters) Free before 8:30am and after 4:30pm weekdays. Free on Sundays and public holidays. Time limits apply Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm. Metered fees during business hours as per street signage.
