The Space:

A bright, cosy and modern 2 bedroom beach, mountain and city side apartment with a Mediterranean feel and edge, perfect for a family, friends or couples looking for an apartment right near the beach and shops. Only a 15 minute walk to North Wollongong Beach, and a short walk, drive or bus to shops and restaurants in Wollongong and surrounding localities, you’ll not want to leave this central location.



The apartment features enticing views of Mount Keira. With public transport right outside your door (the bus stop - North Wollongong Station is a 5 minute walk away) and a car parking space at your service on the property, it is a breeze to travel around. Only a few minutes drive to many attractions both within and outside of Wollongong.



Open plan living with carpeted rooms throughout, modern finishes and Mediterranean-esque furnishing, coupled with mountain views, sunlight and breezes you are sure to secure a holiday unmatched in comfort, fun and relaxation. If in need of a quiet but bright place to study or work, a sit/stand desk and chair are located in the living room near the glass door leading to the balcony for direct sunlight.



Furnishing includes a 6 seater dining table and sofa, a single trundle bed, a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Amenities include a smart flat screen TV in the living room, Fast Wi-Fi and Netflix. You’ll be set for a night of comfort and entertainment.



All the essential cooking appliances and necessities are available in the kitchen and the bathroom is equipped with the essentials. Also included are the following condiments, coffee and tea, salt, pepper, white sugar, Nescafe sachets, Nestle hot chocolate sachets, English Breakfast, Early Grey, Peppermint and Green Tea tea bags.
