“We asked for a late check out and even though the hotel was absolutely empty - (we were the only two people at breakfast in a room that could seat 100) the hotel still denied a late checkout (personally I think 11am checkout is too early) so we were charged an extra £20 for a 12pm checkout. When the room costs £500 per night this is totally outrageous. The hotel was empty so it would have been a nice gesture to offer a 1pm checkout given at most high end hotels 12pm is standard. “Great hotel with lots of activities for the kids. Gym was huge with lots of equipment and classes. We had a family suite which was huge with separate bedrooms for kids and adults. Only small let downs were the shower pressure being terrible, hotel was super hot even though it wasn’t a warm day, but the did provide us with fans. Breakfast had a great selection but gluten free options ran out quickly and weren’t replaced.”

“The Hotel is a treat for the eyes and a great place to relax in the many rooms. A beautiful bar and a great breakfast kept us satisfied after a day of exploring the area. A super comfortable bed made our stay even better. The golf course looks beautiful and the hiking trails are interesting. Easy to park your car. The staff were helpful and very polite. “Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”
