Hotel vicino a Wong Preserve - Greenwich

“This hotel is ultra modern, with buttons galore for controlling everything from the shades, to the toilet. (Yes, it’s electronic.). I’m very tech savvy so this wasn’t daunting. The problem is that some of the tech was broken. Lights didn’t work in the first bathroom, so we had to relocate rooms. Then the TV remote was completely inoperable (no batteries?) in the second room. That’s too bad, as it took away from what could have otherwise been a premium experience. ”

“No sense of urgency. I checked in Thursday and didn’t receive new towels or sheets until Saturday after calling several times and going to the front desk. The heat was broken and never got a new room. ”

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“Séjour d’un week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est accueillant et bien localisé pour les déplacements. J’ai commandé un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Par contre il y a deux choses qui m’ont dérangée. 1. Les murs de la douche n’étaient pas bien nettoyés dans notre chambre. Juste avec mon doigt j’étais capable d’enlever la saleté. J’espère que le ménage sera mieux fait pour la personne qui va occuper cette chambre là. 2. J’ai tout payé par...

“Breakfast assolutamente jnadeguato agli standard americani Zero uova-salsicce- formaggi. Bustine di oatmeal ma per il latte caldo si portano via la tazza e la riportano dopo 15 minuti! Peccato zero croissant o torte...”

“Clean, Spacious, towels could be more whiter and may just need to be replaced after a while Other than that I will definitely go back ”

“Beautiful room, nice (adjustable) temp, sparking clean shower. All staff were friendly and helpful. Nice quiet& restful night on our travels. Worth the price!”
