“It's a perfectly fine place fir a one night stay usually!. This time if you can believe it, they had no hot water. Worse than that the old lady on duty was unable to explain when it might be fixed.”

“Excellent friendly service. Door held open when we arrived and very courteous, prompt and friendly staff.”

“Our room was nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. It’s a great location when flying out. The staff were pleasant and check in and out was seamless.”

“The property was clean and quiet and right on the spot for the campus tour for new students. I’m planning to stay here again every time I meet my child on campus.”

“OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold...

“I have been trying to get in touch with the manager since August and have had NO RESPONSE. I DID NOT get my deposit returned, even though he told me he would send it back to me.”

“Studio = Murphy bed, a double I believe. Had to pull it down myself. Terrible mattress. 😣 Unit 203a. Needs renovations and updates. Overpriced for value. Ideal for a short commute to the Kelowna airport, and the location of the property was great. Hiking and golf nearby. Parking was underground, but squishy if you have a larger vehicle.”

“The property was very welcoming the lobby was fresh and clean. Tea in the morning was awesome I tried a chamomile cream that was so good. Pets are welcome, you need to bring your pets own dishes as they do not supply them (other places do). Honestly the best bed I have slept on I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. ”

“We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean”

“Hotel outdated, poorly designed. Rooms appeared clean but dated. Very small shower. Shower gel dispenser empty. Inside and outside hallways overlooked with ground dirt, leaves etc not cleaned on a regular basis. We were disappointed!!”

“Only issue find is that you do hear traffic noise if you are on the side of the building that faces the main road. I have stayed multiple time at this hotel and in rooms in the backside of the hotel and it much quieter. I am not if another layer of glass on the windows would cut down the street noise… that said I will do enjoy the stay and price of the rooms.”

“The breakfast was great hot food was hot . They had a good variety of bread bagels & English muffins. Fruit was very fresh . Staff was very friendly and helpful!.”

“My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great.”
