“Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours”

“Una bellissima sorpresa, peccato esserci stata cosi poco”

“La stanza era comfortable e il servizio impeccabile ”

“Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!”

“Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!”

“We stayed for two nights prior to renting a boat for a week on the broads. Central location, close to everything which was a huge plus since we did not have a car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.”

“Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back.”

“Steve the bar manager was attentive and very helpful”

“Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again.”

“Clean room, I did pay for a parking permit as no space in the car park which cost £5. Good breakfast.”

“Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect”
