“Worked out extremely well for our group of 12. Plenty of space for gathering together yet room for privacy and spreading out. Game room, hot tub and deck with a view kept guests entertained. Property condition gets 4 stars as it is an older home. Lots of upgrades but could still use a handyman here and there. Fans, supplied, helped a lot with climate control in 90+ degree weather.”

The house includes a nice grill and a wonderful porch - we hosted other family and friends who were in early - grilled hamburgers made for a fun family event.
