“Room was FILTHY. No smoke alarm. Room did not have a working phone or TV. WiFi wouldn’t work. Food from someone else left in the fridge in the room. We couldn’t even take our shoes off. Our daughter did and her feet were black from the floor. No hot water in the sink. It was TERRIBLE.”

“Very clean and quiet with several amenities including free breakfast and a pool with long open hours. Hit a snag at check in when our room wasn’t ready, but I believe that is not a regular occurrence and they were just unexpectedly short staffed. There was a woman named Zoe working the front desk and she was wonderful! The bar was also not well stocked. We would stay here again though! It’s definitely a wonderful option for larger families to stay in a suite rather than booking two rooms.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Thornsburg! The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning—it had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. The concession stand was convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks, and the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
