“We did receive check in information until a half hour after we were supposed to check in. When we finally enter the place is freezing cold! No space heaters were turned on prior to our arrival & the pilot light was not lit so the stove is unusable. You also can’t light it yourself. The floors were filthy & there was filth & dust in the bathtub. Bathtub drain doesn’t work & bathroom sink was clogged. "Già al tuo arrivo nella hall ti sembra di entrare in un albergo di grado molto superiore: l’arredamento raffinato, i grandi spazi, la doppia presenza alla reception. La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. Unici piccoli nei: la mancanza di attaccapanni, di luggage rack e di carta Scottex in cucina. Il personale è stato molto gentile e molto utile è la presenza di bar e di una cucina sempre attiva su ordinazione. La colazione, soprattutto nella parte dolce, è stata un po’ inferiore al livello di tutto il resto "
