“Breakfast was fresh. Staff was very nice and gave us recommendations for dinner that was fabulous both nights. ”

“Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient.”

“The room was way more like an apartment. We were able to spread out and actually eat meats together at the bar. The kitchen makes it easy for you to cook food and save money on going out to eat. It felt like a cozy home away from home rather than just another hotel room. ”

“Parking was easy, and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hallways were not clean and had a noticeable smoke smell. The breakfast was disappointing. It was also quite noisy due to other guests, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay.”

“What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would...

“There were some plumbing issues but the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Did not like having to pay to park at the hotel.”

“A comfortable room and bed, reasonably priced, with a personable staff that clearly understands "hospitality," unlike some area competitors. I will gladly stay here again.”

“Vicinissima ad un fornito supermercato è ottima per chi desidera non mangiare sempre all'americana. Pecca- non si riesce a telefonare in Italia ne dalla camera ne stranamente dalla reception. Piccole riparazioni da fare nell'alloggio ( tritarifiuti e luce della cucina ) richieste ma mai effettuate”

“Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be.”

“I really didn’t get to enjoy services . Electricity was out once I returned from visiting family. I was moved next door to the comfort inn.”
