“Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.”

“Amazing property. Very clean, quiet and helpful employees. Loved the room service, from the food to the drinks ootions. Just accross the street from outlets. 10-15 min drive to Downtown Kenosha. If youre visiting the area, this is the place to be.”

“Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection. Very rude since we still had two hours unto checkout. Do no recommend”

“I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn as I prefer something a little more upscale. That said, the most staff was outstanding. Jennie, the front desk lady, in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face. Unfortunately, while the property was clean, it was not in some aspects well maintained. Our bathtub drain was broken. Our toilet occasionally had to be adjusted because it would continue running. “It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”
