“The only warning I would give is that it looks as though you enter through the gate where you park, but you don't. You enter through the upstairs. But it was beautifully fenced, lots of private yard, very quiet and convenient to things”

“Upon arrival it looked like the listing but the listing of course doesn’t show you the dead bugs (bumble bees in the window sills and cockroaches and thousand loggers in the kitchen), the fact it smells like moth balls, or that the pink spots on the carpets and rugs are likely bodily fluids since the only people that would be comfortable here are drunken frat boys.
