“Very nice rental. Spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. Television in all four bedrooms and both living rooms. Nice, quiet development. Only negative was the development's pool and clubhouse closed at 7;30 p.m.; a bit early for people on the go all day. Highly recommend this property. ”

“There was a power outage, The night before our stay and Jenn, keep me up-to-date on the power outage. When the power came back on,she called and let me know!!! The cabin And the property was very beautiful. The cabin was perfect for a getaway in the mountains. Listening to Christmas music and a fire, can’t get any romantic than that!!! And there is so much to do in the area. Sunset Hill was the perfect spot to see all the mountains in their beauty and the Basin, in Fronia notch state Park....

“We had a wonderful and extremely relaxing stay. The condo was clean,well stocked, and very quiet. It was so nice to sit on the deck and all you can hear is the wind thru the trees. Would highly recommend as it was very comfortable for the five of us and one small dog. If I had to make one complaint it was the lack of a washer and dryer. Yes we would stay there again. ”

“This was a win for a large group. There was so much space inside the house with plenty of room for kids and adults to have their own area and still come together for meals etc. The house was really well stocked including lots of towels for the hot tub and wood for the fireplace. Patrick was super response and very easy to work with. The passes for the gym are a nice extra but there was plenty to do in the house. The location was perfect with easy access to hikes, fishing, grocery store etc....

"In viaggio fra le white Mountains in periodo di “foliage” abbiamo pernottato presso questo hotel un po’ discosto dalle direttrici più frequentate. Una strada in salita fiancheggiata da rare abitazioni conduce all’hotel. Piuttosto scenografico l’impatto esterno. Una grande dimora storica in legno, tipica della zona. Gli interni riportano un po’ indietro nel tempo con il loro fascino retrò e con qualche comodità in meno. Pulizia migliorabile. Nell’insieme abbiamo comunque apprezzato. Possibilità di consumare una rapida cena in loco. Rapporto qualità /prezzo buono visto il periodo scelto per il soggiorno"
