“The condo was very clean and contained everything that you would need. Like many places used as rentals, although it was clean, it was also clear that maintenance was rarely done. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain but there was a plunger there so we were able to fix it with little problem. The drapes weren’t really on the tracks correctly so it was very hard to open them and it took brute strength to open the sliding glass door to the balcony. “My wife, 9yr old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights in mid-Feb and it was PERFECT! Super clean, exactly as described, with plenty of space for all three of us. Our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and we cooked all our meals in the kitchen, sharing a fun few days together. We skied each day at Loon and this studio was exactly what we needed for the stay. “Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful...
