Appartamenti a Woodward

“Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

“Good location near shops and highway.”

“My overall experience was positive with the host, but I could not give the property itself a higher rating. The host was very nice, responsive, and worked with me when the property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. He also checked in to make sure things were going well. However, this property didn't seem completely ready for guests. As an older unit, I could tell some updates had been made. But the painted walls had cracks in them, the floor was slanted, the lower kitchen cabinets were open...

“Great place to stay. Quiet, easy access. The facilities crew could have done a better job of keeping the pool area cleaner, but that was the only thing we had issue with. The unit was gorgeous, well stocked and very clean.”

“Clean and comfortable apartment.Would suggest a nonslip bath mat as the bath is slippery. And some real clothes hangers.Parking was frustrating at times as I had to park 2-3 blocks away.”

“We stayed at the Flux apartments in downtown. Our accommodation was exceptional in all respects. Thank you for your hospitality!”

“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“Modern new and like a bedroom suite at a hotel but cheaper.”

“We had a great stay, the place was adorable and we felt very safe.”
