“Unexpectedly an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, well maintained, had very welcoming staff & Yorkshire tea in the rooms. The curtains were heavy black out, the windows kept the noise out, the mattress felt new and supportive & a fan was provided for the heat. My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, traffic noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win.”

“Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. “Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!”

“I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi.
