“The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website ”

“They canceled my reservation without prior notice. The reason was that the rate was too low; I paid what was advertised on Expedia. i was left stranded ”

“The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper. ”

“The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. Exceptional even. But the service wasn't great. Staff at the hotel bar were not courteous, the power went out often, and the internet was spotty.”

“Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. ”

“Most of the tv series I saw were not current airings but repeat programmes. Staff at the hotel were good. Proximity to shopping centre and a bank. I think when I visit again Hotel Rosebud in Abuja will not be a bad choice. ”

“The pool and spa ( steam/ sauna) areas are not functioning. The outdoor dining area has wiring out the walls Not with ut. ”
