“An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience.”

“The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk.
I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me.

“The four of us, including our two sons who are in their early twenties, stayed for five nights in two rooms. The hotel managed to provide a twin room for the boys which was appreciated.
The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Porto. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. The hotel is well located and well connected to the main attractions. Staff was overall fine and helpful when needed. Breakfast could use some improvement, but it was still acceptable. Overall, a very good experience and good value for money.
