“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. “Check in was fantastic. We arrived early for a funeral and got checked in 2 hours early. Kerry on reception was so helpful and just what we needed after a 5 hour drive ”

“The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area”
