“There was no hot water. When I confronted the front desk, they knew the set of suits were like that and that I should ring to ask them to turn a hot tap on downstairs to get the water to flow. This is unnacceptable for the price if the room. ”

“The heating in the room was broken so couldn’t be turned off, and the fridge was broken so wouldn’t stay cool. Overall the room was very clean and tidy and the kids loved the big bunkbeds ”

“The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. ”
