“Excellent well kept property, the only issue is there is no parking with the property and local Chelmsford parking is restrictive only till 5am and the local carparks are exceptionally expensive.”

“Enjoyed a 4 night stay, great location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food and service from the onsite Samphire restaurant was great. Would return again.”

“The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”

“Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. “Ho prenotato, per 2 notti, 2 camere con letto matrimoniale e mi han dato 2 camere con letti singoli. Dopo la richiesta di avere la camera esatta, mi hanno dato una camera che odorava di vecchio, muffa. Ci siamo fatti spostare e ci hanno dato una camera già occupata, ci hanno spostato ancora in una camera adatta. Nulla di che la camera se non per il fatto che era in mezzo a due camere già occupate da persone che si conoscevano e che han fatto casino fino a notte fonda. Nel parcheggio è presente...

“Do not book here. I booked 10 months in advance and when we arrived they couldn’t find my booking. Given a room on 2nd floor, in direct sunlight so it was like a sauna, but they did give us a fan. Arrived back at midnight to find gates closed and locked. Had to call someone to unlock the gate and let us in. Next morning tried to use the shower and wouldn’t work, then tried the was basin and no water. When I mentioned the shower at checkout, they knew about it and said we should have been...

In camera l'altezza massima era di 2m, le porte non sono più alte di 1.85m. Se sei alto non è facile muoversi ed è davvero difficile farsi la doccia...”
