“Very patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, it’s a very good experience.”

Access to the airport was brilliant, simply cross the road and the if you need another terminal grab a shuttle, the hotel provide shuttle passes so it's free. “This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou.
