“horrible facility. Only service every 3 days. small towels, you only get one per person, no bathtub mat. Couches and chairs are filthy. The refrigerator is difficult to get into. The bed is not the size advertised. The toilet overflowed, and no maintenance. My husband had to fix it. matress was clean, and the rooms are quiet... so if you can deal with everything else, it was ok. ”

“We had a nice clean room on the 1st floor with an ocean view, but from 8-5 the view was mostly obscured by 3 rows of large umbrellas all across the hotel property for people to rent. Staff were not unfriendly but they didn’t seem eager to please either, and some were indifferent. It is a very noisy hotel, with music going from 10-9 and it’s very loud (we couldn’t sit in our balcony when it was cranked up). “Eravamo già stati in questo hotel parecchi anni fa e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa piacevole atmosfera. Aria familiare e tranquilla anche se accoglie molte persone. Camera pulita con bella terrazza e vista sull'acqua della baia, ampia spiaggia di sabbia appena attraversata la strada. Il ristorante è stato la vera sorpresa per la qualità del cibo veramente a un livello stellato. Lo consigliamo al 100% .”

“This hotel is BUSY! The resort pool is a party. The beach was a quieter vibe. Food and Bev service at both. We weren’t sure how tipping worked, apparently 20% is factored into the bill, so we way “overtipped” with cash. The beach shoreline was covered in seaweed so we didn’t really use the water, unfortunately it was a little smelly down there. But we hung at the pool mostly facing the gulf, so best of both worlds in my opinion. Walking distance to ft. Myers beach shops and restaurants. If...
