“I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now...

It's far from Xian points of interests.
Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza”

We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. ”

일단 깨끗합니다. 넓은 방에 장식품들 어지럽게 놓지 않고, 여백미를 잘 살린점도 좋았습니다. 조식도 가격에 비해 너무 좋았구요.
세면대쪽 누수가 있었는데 임시조치이긴 하지만, 빠르게 처리해준것도 마음에 들었습니다.(체크아웃때 사과의 의미로 기념품도 받았습니다 : 책갈피?)
방이 큰데다가, 유리창도 커서 그런지 난방때 온도가 올라가지 않는건 단점입니다. 난방에 대한 대책이 필요하다고 생각합니다.
그리고 제가 조작법을 다 숙지하지 못해서 그런건지, 주요장소(세면대, 화장실, 욕실)가 센서등이라서 자다가 일어나서 화장실이라도 가려면 센서등이 다 작동이 되서 같이 있는 사람이 불편함을 느낄수도 있다는 점도 단점이라 생각합니다.
직원분들 친절했고, 시설 깨끗하고 사소한 단점 가볍게 넘어가니 당연히 10점 숙소 입니다.
재방문할 계획이며, 다음 이용시 suite room을 이용할지는 모르겠지만, 요근래 몇년동안 이용한 호텔중 제일 마음에...
