Hotel vicino a Wye West Casino and Lounge - Missoula

“Old hotel in need of upgrades. Front outdoor awning in falling. Check in staff very nice. Coffee bar looked OK but we didn’t use it. Our room was noisy. Noise from adjoining room. A/C and heating system VERY noisy. Bedding sheets did not appear to changed from prior guests. Toilet seat damaged. Bath tub stained/dirty. Toilet seat paint chipped. It’s past time for a remodel.”

“The "semi handicapped" accessible bathroom was horrible. Way small! Very unsafe, small bathtub, extremely slippery tub, my husband slipped and fell numerous times. He's 6'2" and I'm 5'3", I had to fully lift him to help him out of the shower. Very poorly designed. I've never seen such a setup. I could clearly hear everything said in the next room along with the family with kids above our room. I don't mind kids/families at all but to hear every step, conversation was again poorly designed”

“It was disappointing that to get to the hot tub and pool you had to go outside. The breakfast was very good and appreciated small details like the sliced oranges. ”

“Great spot with a beautiful view of a little river! The courtyard was nice to have a glass of wine after a long day too. Pool was slightly smaller than I thought it would be. We would definitely stay again though!”

“Excellent stay aside from the waitress who grabbed my arm out of frustration! I couldn’t believe it! I was like excuse you can’t grab me like that!”

“I gave a fifty dollar cash pet deposit at check in but at checkout I was told they couldn’t return it because no one but the manager had a key to the till. Was supposed to be put on my card but hasn’t been. Also, staff knocked on the door at seven A.M. to see if we’d left yet. There are way better options in the area. Avoid this Motel 6.”
