Small family-runned motel, furnitures are old, some part of the property renovated but the rest is dated and need owner's attention e.g. broken venetian blinds, no closet nor hooks+hangers for hanging clothes & towels. I booked a family room just because they have one king bed and one double bed that fit in our family of 5. We only stayed one night but the in-room microwave,fridge & coffee maker eased our need. Overall it is not too bad for the price I paid.

When you stay there the Management is very helpful and will make sure your stay is Welcomed Also you always run into someone you know there My Family has stayed a a few times there I RECOMMEND IT. GREAT place for a night's sleep

I got a Pricier room but it was mega Huge for that Price so WORTH IT. Also it is the safest place in ALL of Wytheville to spend the night as the Virginia State Police Barracks is just a 1 minute walk from the property

Inexpensive motel near downtown area

The best part of stay was the walking convenience to downtown. The restaurants are delicious in that area. The motel was inexpensive and the office lady was so nice and helpful. The room lacked some cleanliness(but the sheets and towels were clean), and there is no closet, but was good enough for a short weekend getaway.

Check in was good Sweet little girl Just a old property. Bed was clean and not to bad. But it was close to the place i was going so it was good only thing i would've done differently is Nonsmoking room My husband vapes so im not over picky but it was rough with cigarette smells got up this morning and as soon as i got home washed all clothes and showered to get smoke smell gone But all in all not a bad location or stay for the price.

Great value, better accommodation than other chain

Loved the greeting with a big smile from the owner. Bed is nice and firm, has fridge, microwave and coffee maker that Baymont in Oklahoma City and Days Inn in Jackson TN don't offered. Con is no Wi-Fi. But the value for the money is worth it.

Reasonable price, but the AC unit in the room had a musty smell, and upon checking out, all of my belongings also now smell bad. I’m guessing this is mold or mildew of some kind coming from the AC unit

Wanted cash only but didn’t have change. Overpaid. No toilet paper or towels. Smelled like a ashtray. Bathroom was dirty all around the sink and toilet. When you turned on A/C you smelled black mold

Stay anywhere else

Absolutely disgusting. Cigarette burn in the pillow. Sticky floors. Sink took 10+ minutes to drain after using. Paper thin walls - listen to the person in the room next to you. Bathroom mirror so dirty it looked cloudy. Bathroom vent was hanging out of the wall. This was by far the worst room I've ever seen, for this place to have 7/10 stars is astounding and very misleading. This place was just completely filthy. It does not deserve 1 star out of 10.

Had two rooms with great beds, tables and chairs. Walls were not sound proof, so neighbors sounded like they were in the room with you. Back room was quiet and it was easy to ignore the neighbor's snoring.

Well first off They the internet booking found me the most expensive room and said that ther were not others, however when I got there the place was less than fifty percent booked. Don't use these internet services they are thieves....

Old school

Very old school, simple motel. Quiet location right beside the state police office. I loved that aspect of old school. You don't see those type of hotels much anymore. Would definitely stay again.
