“I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now...

“Great location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.”

“Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel a luglio 2024 e sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati. La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse. Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano. Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato...

“前枱員工非常有礼，並且提醒我房間沒有包含早餐，如果我們需要用早餐，可以一天前用(人民幣150/ 位)購買第二天早上的早餐，但是當天購買的話，需要支付人民幣250/位。早餐非常豐盛，多種多樣的選擇。入住時間西安天氣很熱，酒店提很多樽水，真的是很貼心。”

“The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in. The arrangement of furniture is also bad. “suite room 후기 입니다. 일단 깨끗합니다. 넓은 방에 장식품들 어지럽게 놓지 않고, 여백미를 잘 살린점도 좋았습니다. 조식도 가격에 비해 너무 좋았구요. 세면대쪽 누수가 있었는데 임시조치이긴 하지만, 빠르게 처리해준것도 마음에 들었습니다.(체크아웃때 사과의 의미로 기념품도 받았습니다 : 책갈피?) 방이 큰데다가, 유리창도 커서 그런지 난방때 온도가 올라가지 않는건 단점입니다. 난방에 대한 대책이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 그리고 제가 조작법을 다 숙지하지 못해서 그런건지, 주요장소(세면대, 화장실, 욕실)가 센서등이라서 자다가 일어나서 화장실이라도 가려면 센서등이 다 작동이 되서 같이 있는 사람이 불편함을 느낄수도 있다는 점도 단점이라 생각합니다. 직원분들 친절했고, 시설 깨끗하고 사소한 단점 가볍게 넘어가니 당연히 10점 숙소 입니다. 재방문할 계획이며, 다음 이용시 suite room을 이용할지는 모르겠지만, 요근래 몇년동안 이용한 호텔중 제일 마음에...

"Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel a luglio 2024 e sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati. La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse. Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano. Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato anche frutta secca da mangiare. Un pò distante la metro se dovete prenderla con i bagagli."
