It was so easy to find and the man on the desk was amazing. We were worried about where we could park our car for a few days and he said right here beside the hotel.
He also said they would make us a boxed breakfast for the ferry as we had to leave before the breakfast started.
Our room was really nice... Modern and very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

"non sono presenti le tapparelle ma tende trasparenti, scarsa pulizia con coperte e lenzuola sporche, bagno sporco e senza piatto doccia. Va bene solo in caso di emergenza per passare la notte, altrimenti da evitare."
"La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica. A tre minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa e a 10 dalla città principale. A due minuti, sempre a piedi, vi è la fermata dell'autobus che raggiungono oltre che la City, il porto e l'aeroporto anche tutte le principali spiagge dell'isola.
Inoltre a due passi vi sono due/tre markets e sempre a due passi Ristoranti e taverne sul mare. In poche parole potete per qualche giorno dimenticare l'automobile."

"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. La stanza aveva l’accesso al terrazzino dove potevamo fare colazione e a volte la cena con vista mozzafiato su mare e colline, stupendo!, Le piastre per cucinare funzionano perfettamente e le stoviglie sono nuove. La doccia anche funziona bene sia nel getto che nello scarico. Il letto matrimoniale è king size e comodo; la biancheria letto e bagno pulita e cambiata ogni 2/3 gg. A 100 metri c’è un mini market.
Babi è stato accogliente, gentile, colloquiale, disponibile alle richieste, ci ha dato consigli e indicazioni ed è molto simpatico!
Tornando a Skiathos non avrei dubbi a prenotare di nuovo lì, lo consiglio. "

Si attraverso il giardino e si è sulla spiaggia, davvero notevole.
Inoltre nell’appartamento vi era un balcone arredato anche per mangiare, un living con cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, triplo affaccio che permette una buona ventilazione (cioè una porta finestra del living con terrazzo, una in camera da letto ed una nel bagno ampio e comodo). Insomma tutto in armonia e non mancava nulla: nemmeno una zanzara. Il market a 50 metri e fermata d’autobus (frequenza: ogni 10 minuti) a 20mt. "

"La struttura è tenuta abbastanza bene tuttavia la direzione è pessima. Siamo arrivati alle 11 di sera dopo ritardi aerei e attese in aeroporto molto stanchi e abbiamo scoperto, una volta giunti in hotel, che ci era stata assegnata una stanza brutta, situata all’interno con una piccola finestra; niente zanzariere ma molte zanzare. Avevamo prenotato una deluxe vista mare. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception, ci hanno risposto che dovevamo aspettare il giorno dopo e che comunque l’hotel era “ full booked”. Ci hanno offerto una cena fredda con insalata greca da horror e fagiolini stracotti. Spiedini di pollo che giacevano nella stanza da ore. Non abbiamo mangiato nulla. Il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato stanza alle 11 passate. Abbiamo chiesto di essere rimborsati ma hanno risposto che la stanza che ci avevano dato differiva solo di 20 30 euro da quella prenotata ed è per questo che ci avevano offerto la cena “per compensare”. Era così chiaro che avevano fatto un overbooking e si erano venduti la stanza due volte. Ipocriti e anche poco lungimiranti. Ma l’hotel Atrium si nutre della bugia. Sul sito fa apparire l’hotel sul mare ma bisogna scarpinare a piedi per arrivare alla spiaggia e il ritorno è tutto in salita! Losquallida la stanza con piscina accanto alla nostra. Pretendono di fare lusso ma molto grossier. Sono felice di aver soggiornato lì solo per due giorni. Sarebbe stato un incubo passarci tutta la vacanza"

Un po' "provato" dagli anni, forse gli servirebbe un piccolo restyling. Per quanto riguarda comodità, piscina, cibo e confort niente da dire. Forse un po' caro il bar del hotel.

"Piccolo hotel completamente ristrutturato, pulito. La camera è spaziosa ed è direttamente sul mare con un balcone ed una vista spettacolare! Non ci sono servizi e l’hotel essendo nel centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi dal porto con accesso mediante una scalinata non agevole con le valigie.
