“The room was clean, but the towels were placed the wrong way round – not on the cards. The fabric sofa in the room needs to be removed immediately; it’s completely unhygienic. The breakfast was poor, with second-rate fruit and equipment that posed a risk to inexperienced guests.”

The System was updating and usually happens at very early times at night and normally takes an hour, which can limit the accessibility to the system and the front desk is not able to provide keys or register the client. She gave us the keys of a room that had a couple guest already inside the room and she say that the room should be available. Maybe the system was not correctly updated? Hard to know. “Nice place with roof top pool. Very clean and they accept pets for a fee. Room was big with a separate living room and full kitchen. Close to many restaurants and included parking. The balcony we got was a little noisy with the garbage and delivery trucks in the early mornings but nothing overbearing.”

“My bathroom was DIRTY (rings in tub and dirt around side of bath) and the shower had only 1% water pressure (barely a drip) and the tub would NOT drain. Repeated calls for assistance from Engineers produced NO response for more than one hour. I was unable to shower and had to wash using the sink. Very frustrating and a bad start to the day. VERY UNHAPPY with this experience.”
