“We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th floor for a little over two weeks. All staff we’ve interacted with were very friendly, patient and helpful - and we’ve inquired about changes a several times. MRT and mall/food court access without leaving the building. The building, room, gym and sauna didn’t feel outdated. Laundry room could use a little attention - lint catcher wasn’t always clean and there’s a musty smell.
