Cute marina residence just off the banks of the Menai straits.

Relax and unwind as you chill out on the sun drenched balcony with a cold glass of bubbly or take a ramble along the banks of the Menai straits during your stay with me.Along the way you will find a hair salon, beauty parlour, coffee shop and some fine dining to fulfil your appetite.

The property is OWNER OCCUPIED by myself and I live there full time. You will be sharing my home with me.
The living space is on the first floor and is an expanse of light filled zones, kitchen with island, laundry cupboard, lounging area, dining area and of course the balcony.

On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, shared shower room with rain head and attachment. There’s a small cardio room you are free to use.

Feel free to make use of the kitchen if you would like to cook anything, just

5 miles drive from the city of bangor and Caernarfon.The stunning isle of Anglesey is a short drive over the Menai bridge where you will find some wonderful beaches, cafes and water sports if that takes your fancy.

Overall your stay with me will be a memorable one and I look forward to hosting you.please leave it as you find it, ample fruit and cereals to start your day.

We had a fantastic time. The host was extremely welcoming and very hospitable, would definitely stay again.

Difficult to review as we arrived and left within a few minutes-due to the Expedia listing showing that we were booking the entire place, only to arrive to find we were staying in someone’s spare room in their apartment whilst he was also at home. Tenant also noted this has happened previously! Defeated the point of booking a night away and also left us stuck in Wales with nowhere to stay. Contacted Expedia customer services who are still yet to contact me back. Please note this listing is to stay in a small apartments spare room whilst tenant is at home, therefore sharing lounge and kitchen area

We stayed in this beautiful house and very absolutely loved it . Wayne ( The host) such a lovely guy . His hospitality is above the average. He made us feel like its our own home. He bought us breakfast and allowed us to use every available facility in the house. He bought a Easter chocolate bunny for my granddaughter.I never met any host who is such a thoughtful and lovely . We highly recommend this cosy n beautiful house for your stay.I would live to go back there.
