“The room was acceptable.
The issue was the entire building had a complete power outage at 7am.
But there was no staff explanation to the guest. It was still out at 8:30am , so I showered and prepped in a dark bathroom.
Breakfast was also unavailable which made no sense because the power went off after it should have been prepared.
Absolutely no concern was exhibited by the staff during the event.
Employees lack of concern will be my reason for avoiding this place in the future.”
