The Space:

Casa Indiana is a spacious and welcoming 4-bedroom villa located in one of Playa Blanca’s most exclusive and peaceful residential areas. Set over two levels and surrounded by private gardens and sunny terraces, the villa offers the perfect setting for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxed holiday with plenty of space both indoors and out.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a super king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom served by a nearby shower room. The lower level features a further super king bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to help ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



The bright open-plan lounge and dining area provides a wonderful space for spending time together, with comfortable leather sofas, seating for up to eight guests, and large glass doors leading directly onto the upper terrace. A comprehensive TV package with international, sports, and movie channels is provided, along with a DVD player for relaxed evenings indoors.



Outside, Casa Indiana truly comes into its own. The upper terrace offers comfortable outdoor seating and a shaded dining area, while the large south-facing pool terrace provides plenty of space for soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor dining areas, creating the perfect environment for lazy days by the water.



A traditional Canarian-style BBQ area, complete with its own food preparation and washing facilities, makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable. The villa also benefits from a fantastic pool table, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.



One of the villa’s standout features is its completely private rooftop sun terrace. Accessed via internal stairs, this secluded space enjoys sunshine throughout the day and offers lovely views across the surrounding area and out towards the sea.



The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located just off the living area and provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.



For families and groups looking for extra entertainment, the villa also includes an Xbox console (controller deposit required), making it a great choice for guests of all ages.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Indiana enjoys a peaceful setting in one of Playa Blanca’s most exclusive residential areas, offering the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. A supermarket is located virtually on your doorstep, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials throughout your stay.



The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Flamingo is approximately 1.6 km away, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the seafront atmosphere. The centre of Playa Blanca, with its wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and lively promenade, is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
